Innovations and Race Format

5 km with 25 obstacles (1 lap)
10 km with 50 obstacles (2 laps)

Obstacles and Penalties
If a competitor is unable to overcome an obstacle, they must perform penalty burpees. The number of burpees varies depending on the difficulty of the obstacle. Competitors have one attempt to clear each obstacle. If they fail, they must perform the required burpees. Additionally, a competitor may choose not to attempt an obstacle, but in that case, they must also perform the burpees.
Teams
A team consists of a minimum of 4 participants. Teams automatically participate in the ranking, and the time of all team members is considered. If a team has more than 4 members, the times of the fastest 4 members are counted. When registering a team, all members must enter the same team name.
